I really like the jelly bellies, one thing I miss about America. I do think it is not badly done but could still use a lot of work. You really should try to work with layer masks. In Photoshop it is an addition you add to a layer, you can use it to erase parts of the layer you don't want to show. And the nice thing about them is that if you erase too much, you can just paint it back in. You actually use black and white paint and any number of tools on this layer; I prefer a soft brush to go around the edges of things, this way you don't get the jagged edges like you have in your image around her hair and some of the beans. Keep experimenting!
I too, really think that the DOF is great. It leaves some room for the viewer's imagination. Also the yellow and the blue are working very nicely together.
I like the study of space vs. negative space. The colors the way they are juxtaposed seem to vibrate. Nicely done.
I really like your PP. The result is nice. I know it would be a pain in the neck but I think the image would work better if there was more contrast on the fence.
The photo is nice, but in my opinion a bit too saturated. Also I think the bottom where you added the words is too distracting. Also the English and the French don't mean the same thing at all. I don't really understand what the English is saying at all. In my opinion the image is powerful enough on its own and any addition is a subtraction to the overall composition.
I usually don't like flower shots, but yours is extraordinary. I like that you just took a small portion of the flower for your composition and focused on the forms and gradation of color. Very well executed.
I like the DOF. Maybe the overall shot is a bit too balanced. The framing is nice. Also the collar of her shirt is making some weird pink reflections on her lower face. If that isn't the effect you wanted you could try selecting some of that area and using the replace color option of photoshop to bring back her natural skin color which is lovely.
There are some very nice things about your creation. I am a little bothered by some of the horizontal lines that occur throughout the frame that distract from the composition. I don't know if you are using Photoshop, but there is a nice option in this software called a layer mask, you can use a paintbrush to paint out parts of layers that you don't want to appear in the final image, I would suggest trying this to avoid some of these unwanted lines.
Est-ce que c'est vous qui avez pris toutes les photos? Sinon est-ce que vous avez les droits de les utilser? De tout façon c'est une très belle montage.
I really like this shot. I recently took a few shots almost exactly like this. I found these flowers in Paris and had never seen them before. I really like your note. The macro detail of your shot is wonderful, you can even see the tiny little hairs!
