I believe I used the flash + long shutter speed technique here. |

She looks like a zombie candy on two legs passing by through one of your dreams. You were actually sleeping I bet, and this took place only in your mind. Surreal and with such a strange atmosphere. I love the light effect from the flash which seems to emulate the tungsten lighting of the streets at night, with a yellow cast on a rather brownish/greenish background.
Woah. Looks like a ghost walking the streets. :) Did she/he look up after you used the flash? Good composition and mood. The streets don't really look that alive from this photo though. It looks like you caught a lone woman walking the steets in the middle of the night. That is why I like it actually.
Maybe if you had rest the camera on the balcony to try to get the ground to be more sharp while the woman was blurry and ghostly, it might look a little stronger but I like it anyway! JP
