Hello and thanks for looking.

A new "game" with the name:
What do you see ...
An object of utility used every day seen through a makro-lense. Sometimes I wonder, how some things look like :-)
And this - I guess you know - it's a toothbrush.

I hope, you like my little games, have a good start into the new week, bye bye.

Hi Wishnu
Nice composition, This photo has a very good DOF . I like it. Well done

Interesting macro, Sabine! Good texture and the pink colour is very nice. I guess there could be other ways of composing this shot, like less at the top, or just show the side of the threads, but what you're showing is just fine. Nice job!

Hallo Sabine!

I was hitting my head trying to figure out your picture from the thumbnail...Now I know. Boy! As pierre has suggested otherways of looking at the tootbrush, I am still amazed by the fact that you decided to look at it thru your macro...Good job. It looks very graphical too. TFS

Very good & unusual observation, Sabine. You are very creative and this is very well done. I love the pink & gray of the threads. Very good composition and nice colours contrast. Well done!

Back tomorrow with a green smile!!!

WOW!
What an impressive macro of your brush! It's very well done!!! Colors and sharpness are trully amazing! It almost looks surreal! Never stop with your games!
Congratulations.
Luci

He he.. So interesting idea. Soft pink color looks so nice. And good cropping as well.

You are a good macro photographer. To make this kind of pictures you must explore your surrounding with a macro vision. My first impression was glass fiber with some color manipulation. But that my way of thinking. I like this photo very much. Well seen and good work

you got a very interesting picture here, Wishnu. The pattern is interesting and the colors are great too.

A hair brush...lol...great colors and compo. TFS,
Fran

Just for a change, went back in time and settled here. Fact is that the guesswork wasn't necessary - too easy!!! However, what if you had cropped off ALL the pink content? Rotated 180 and inverted? More difficult and much more visually interesting? Can't help myself, I'll do that right now, just for a few minutes diversion.
May even post it as a WS if it works out ;)

Guten morgen Wishnu
Quite artistic take of this common object, indeed.
Pleasing mix of grey and pink hues.
Beautiful translucent effect on bristles.
Bravo.
Robert

Hello Sabine,

I love this one. Real close-up. Could be used in my "Guess what it is" serie. Nice framing and sharp focus. Nice soft light. Good POV. Let say it this way: IT'S MY STYLE. TFS.

Alain

Note: It's a close-up of a tooth brush
