I love the feeling of this Paul . . . it's like an impressionist painting. It's a bit noisy . . . but the mood wins the day. I'm glad you posted this. It does bring the raw power of nature.

Hi Paul,
Nice stormy image. Like you, I like all those "defects" in your image. The stains adds drama to the image. And the large grains (or is it pixels?) also elude to a large amount of mist from the churning of the waves. All the elements together create a powerful atmosphere.

Hi Paul,
ik vind deze ook mooi.
Misschien zou je (voor jezelf) eens NeatImage er overheen kunnen halen. Het haalt de ruis weg, die er wel in zit. Misschien heeft dat een goed effect.
Volgens mij is NeatImage ook vrij ophaalbaar van internet.
Tik op Google de naam in en het komt wel tevoorschijn.
Maar misschien is het zoals het nu is wel mooier.
Het is het proberen waard.

Als of ik bij mijn moeder ben daar hang ook een wilde zee aan de muur van een schilder uit castricum.

Realy dynamic! The dramatic movement of the storm in the water is well captured. The wave though is kind of fluffy :) and the noise is noticeable, but still good picture!

This is a great shot, just because its out of focus does not mean its rubbish, and this is anything but rubbish. I think if it was crisp and sharp the forces going on here would have been lost, this is a very good bad photo( if you know what I mean).

j'aime justement que cette photo ne soit pas nette, ça la rend plus mystérieuse, plus saisissante. Elle me fait penser à une peinture. Elle a un côté "torturé" à la Van Gogh.

Ik denk dat ik hem zo mooier vind dan dat hij scherp zou zijn. Die kleuren geven nog eens een extra dreigende sfeer. Net een schilderij.
