Andreea-- a beautiful still life. The texture of the wall the shadows from the window blinds, the blue vase--the lone splash of bright color, but not brightness-- I love the aura around the picture too. So much wonderful subtlety! TFS Jeannette

Hi Andreea,

my congrats for 1 year on TL :-) But mostly for this beautiful photo though! It's fantastic, almost flawless with it's fantastic textures, light, pov, composition. Just in every aspect. Two secondary issues though which are more disturbing with such a perfect photo, than in any other case: too dark inner part of the picture hanged on thwe wall. Just selective brightening would help a lot. Second thing is part of an object, at the left edge of the table, apparently hidden under it. Otherwise absolute perfection! tfs

Ce casa fenomenala cred ca ai, Andreea! Lumina este de atat de frumos filtrata, aici imi place tare mult si coloristica si lumina aceea de pictor olandez pe care reusesti tu sa o surprinzi, si halo-ul din jurul tabloului.
Si peretele aparent nefinisat, imi aduce iar aminte de tusa unui pictor si contrasteaza tare placut cu vaza.
La mai multi ani pe TL, cu fotografii la fel de frumoase!

Sorry if I stop too an older post of yours, but the miniature draw my attention right away.
I find this one having what we could call "painting quality" Just love the play between light and shadow. Good exposure and contrast. I also really like the composition, love the lines. This is excellent Andreea.
