It is confusing.
When you are sure you see a woman upside down, then in that right moment you think you see a scared Arabian with a long beard covering his/her face.

hi ;) nice picture, it didn't really take some effect to me, but as I read your a bit crazy text, it seems to be a very different picture...
but when I can see it right, the focus is on the nose, better it ist in the eyes..
