Good work on lines and perspective. Your point of view and framing adequately underline the architecture of this building. The red seats contribute to your compositional structure: they draw our attention without detracting from the rest of the picture. They somehow help our eyes to focus and, afterwards, to discover the rest of the interior of the building without getting "lost". In other words: a wise choice of partial desaturation.
