I like the mood provoked by the dark and grainy postprocessing here (or is this a scan from a slide?). As if you offered us a glimpse in this person's soul...
The many shady areas, the partly cropped face and the hardly recognizable setting produce a suggestive effect and make our imagination work.
Intense and artistic...
