Expensive camera you've got ... but worth the money. The quality is certainly evident with these top of the line cameras ... sharp and clear natural colors. I guess this would be a good excuse to go on a holiday to test the camera. The image is well composed with excellent colors. All the best to your new era of photography. Tfs

hi danilo, congrats on the the new camera, its is so exciting getting new gear-just to know one has pro gear can almost give one confidence too,
i just upgraded my gear-new camera and battery grip(pentax k200-10 meg)-i too am like an excited kid getting a new bike!
anyways nice post, neat litte studio shot with good colors,
happy shooting with that awesome camera
be sure to google: nikon d300 reviews-it will give you a dozen or more excellent reviews all about your camera, you may learn something you didnt know

Hello Danilo. You are right about the excitement of the new precision equipment. I would be thrilled with a D300 too and D700 will be in the market soon. :-) You have captured these flowers well with fine optics. I like this lens and using a lot myself. Excellent sharpness and clarity and the background is well silenced. Despite the flaw you mentioned, I see a pleasant composition here. Thanks for sharing and best regards. Jusni
