Very pretty, and a lovely portrait of her. You've done a great job with this!
The light is great - that weak sunlight hitting her face is enough to create highlights and depth, without blowing the contrast - her sideways glance is accommodated by the space to the left.
Perhaps the background is a little busy, but that's just a niggle, the DOF is good and the bokeh of those trees perfect. (Maybe just crop a little off the top?)

Well, I like her style... ;o), but the style of the photographer as well!
Definitely, she has presence (her pose, her look), but you managed to make us feel that presence thanks to the off-centered composition, the colors and the good sharp/blur balance.
