Where the Streets Still Have Names
amazing textures and colors Marija! A beauty : )
This is a great work.
I like the sharpness,the colours,the light,the texture.
Really well done.
You're sharing of old building like me!
I started watch my city, very different details, there re so much beauty everywhere, i love it :)
i like very much your soft coloures in a window place , also soft texture of old building ..
thank you,dear, very nice photograph
Have a nice weekend!
I beg of you - no collage, please!
This and more like it, every day for months if you like!
The collage thing in our world of 800 pixels is an error. Maximise on your creativity - give it wings to the maximum size. You KNOW that we all remark upon a posted image that is too small. Please listen to common sense and do the right thing?
That's off my chest.
LOVELY!!!! the street sign is a beauty, even though I have not an idea of what it says, although some of it is simlar to Greek. The window detail and the surrounding structure textures all add up to a real success and I would hate to have to TRY appreciate it in the same way but at a snmaller size!! 10/10
Amazing work ! I like the texture and colors of your picture. It look like a painting.
so amazing colors, that house beautifully get aged.great PP work ,
Great shot, i like this nice composition, specially colours the ambience you creates!
Interesting detail, you are getting better and better in taking architectural shots, way to go Mare! :)
I like the details and colors, you really brought out that ancient mood well, contrast is really good. I only wish to see a better composition with the next shot, this one works well if put together in a collage. Just IMHO.
Welcome back, see you!
I love the colors and textures. Please, dish your pictures out one at a time.
This is a real beauty Marija, a favorite. It looks like a painting and the colours are wonderful...just perfect.
Have a wonderful weekend Marija.
Hi Marija.! Welcome home. Missed you over the past few days. Happy to see that you've come back with a vengeance, because this one is a stunner. Interesting how each pair of window panes has a different view for us, and I love the colors and textures, of course.
Very well presented, Marija. TTYL! Wondering if you have any news... :)
I am curious...does somebody live there?
The way you show us this window has so much sensitivity and grace...and the sign looks so new in comparation to the old window.
I can't wait to see the hole serie of Vrsac, Marija, and maybe some more then the doors and windows, the hole must be magnificent!
A wonderful weekend, Sabina
the colors and textures are beautiful maria :)
When I opened this page, all I could say was "Oh my, how amazing!" Your friends was right, you brought the camera and have captured beautiful colors and textures with a mysterious sign as a bonus. I love it. Your photographer's note is very informative and will make me stop back to see the rest of results from this visit.
We missed you too.
Beautiful. It is practically unbelievable that there are walls and windows like this one anywhere. Have you done any PP?
The torn blind, the colours on them, the walls - all seem to tell a story, one which has supernatural overtones. The composition is very well done.
However, streets in many cities do have names. All streets, except for a very few, in Kolkata have names. And in a city in Bangla Desh one street is named after my grandfather.
Good to see you posting again, Marija, as I have missed your pictures. Nicely done with great details on the texture & colours of this window. I am wondering if it would have been better to crop a bit on the left so that the window would not be so centered in the picture. Well done!
P.S. I think that there are time when a montage or collage of photos is quite appropriate. You do lose some definition of the picture but well done I think they give a better sense of a place as you see many aspects at one so looking forward to seeing what you are going to come with!
beautiful shot. Lots of rust and peeling walls and doors huh? Sounds like a paradise for you to photograph. :) I love your post processing here. Very cool.
Lucky I have you in my list to watch out for or I would have missed this beauty. Beautifully framed to support the high key image. It is like a drawing and was it purposely over exposed or is it post processing that created this effect? Either way you did a brilliant job to get this result. The essence here is the two contrasting colours Lime and Rust. Now a favourite of mine. Looking forward to seeing the collage. Splendid! Create a template from the collage as a WS and we can vote on the next one to post. Must see all of them. I hear!
Your inspiration is at it’s peek!
You did a wonderful job with this image.
I love the title.
The bright colors, the washed off frame, the texture make this picture extremely attractive.
Welcome back !
PS: A week of TL with out Marija wasn’t the same. ;D.

Hello Marija, welcome back with this nice picture. I like the colour and the texture of the building. The center composition fit also very well with the name of the street (I assume) in the upright corner.

I like the green much here. Its so nice PP work. Your shot is great with all textures and plain composition. And liked your idea changing the song name into opposite!
You caught great colours and details here, Marija.
Mostly these old parts of a city or town don't have many colours and appeare really grey and dull. You are doing a great job selecting the most interesting part of these houses and show them to us.
Une vue très originale et très bien réussie (focus, couleurs...). Félicitations. Gérard
Colours are so incredibly delicate, one wonder how it happened to be there, on that house.
this is a perfect photo I love shots of doors and windows, very very nice
Ima mnogo slikarskog u tvojim fotografijama. Što mi se svidja.
Odličan detalj, boja, tekstura... A za naslov još jedan smajli :)

I couldn't work out if this was PP'd or not, then I noticed that it was in the HPP category. Whatever you've done is very effective. I expect it was a good photo anyway, but this result is extra special.

I am lucky that i meet by chance this photo in main page of TL. This is a very beautiful photo with its details.. a little bit more gap area under the window could be nice and a brown frame instead of the white one..
is this buildings belong to Hungar architecturety or Serbian?
Thanks for sharing..
