Love this photo, the warm and the cool work wonderfully together.
The different shading works beautifully as well, I think this would make a nice large print, make sure you put this in your web site.

Hello Linda,

This is truly magical.
It's like looking at the world through new eyes. The blue is cool and relaxing whilst the sun adds that reassuring warmth.

If you remove the lake and the reflection, it makes a very pleasing shot in its own right and the house, which I only found when you mentioned it, really comes into sight.

Hi Linda - dont often see vertical sunset shots so this is slightly unusual and it works very well. Might prefer the sun to be slightly more off-centre but the tungsten option has worked well and I love that rippled reflection. Nice shot.

First off compliments on the noise reduction, can't see in the dark stripes. Reflection nicely done and the color of the sun is perfect - white balance well set. Never think of playing with various settings. Will try to remember at the appropriate time.

Great composition, good PP work (which hasn't been overdone) and the sun contrasts superbly with the blue tones. A simple but very elegant picture.
